We utilise remote operated lorry loaders, with qualified drivers trained to position their vehicle to enable a lift, using strops, chains or any other lifting aid required to effectively complete the job.
We’re competent in Hiab lifting and will assess the job on arrival for any risks. If deemed necessary, our drivers will alter the plan ensuring they communicate with any authorised personnel on site before carrying out the job.
We have a variety of vehicles that can be used for general haulage. There are smaller vehicles for light loads, ideal for in and out of the city and hard to access sites. Alternatively, we have our flat-bed lorry with a Moffett attached to the back for jobs requiring a forklift when one isn’t available on site.
If you have any specific requirements not mentioned here, please get in contact with us.
We usually require the following information from our haulage customers:
Our operatives are fully trained, qualified and insured with years of experience in the haulage industry. We will find a solution for your haulage needs and always ensure we’re flexible and reliable, whilst still offering competitive rates.
If required, we can arrange a site survey for more complex jobs. This can be completed prior to transportation if deemed necessary. Risk assessment and method statements are always fully available.
All lifting equipment undergoes inspection every 6months, in compliance with government legislation and safe working practice.
All staff members are fully ALLMI (Association of Lorry Loader Manufacturers and Importers) trained who are CPCS (Construction Plant Competence Scheme) recognised and competent in the work they carry out. They wear full Guyatt’s liveried uniform and are supplied with all relevant PPE. Our staff carry ID Cards for use on sites where required.
